Sesh has 14+ years of experience in the medical device industry and in management consulting. He received his undergraduate and masters degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University and spent several years working for leading medical device manufacturers in various functions, including operations and sales. Sesh also has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and has worked for leading management consulting firms focused on growth and M&A advisory. Sesh has a passion for business development and has been associated with the Trivitron group over the last 4 years in establishing its Americas operations and spearheading the M&A opportunities. Sesh continues to lead the US efforts to establish Trivitron as a global leader in medical imaging.

Sarah is a distinguished graduate of The University of North Alabama, holding a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. She has excelled in overseeing various aspects of business operations, marketing, and sales. Her commitment to The Kennedy team spans more than twenty years, during which she has held the esteemed position of President & CEO since 2006. Sarah possesses extensive knowledge in Acoustic Barrier products and takes immense pride in the production of Kennedy Company goods within the Alabama facility. She oversees all factory operations and spearheads the development of the Noise Control division

Kenneth is a native of Scottsboro, Alabama and has over 30 years of manufacturing experience. His journey with The Kennedy Company commenced in 1998, during which he has steadily ascended the ranks, assuming leadership roles across various key functions such as logistics, procurement and supply chain management, production planning, quality assurance, and process enhancements. Since 2008, Kenneth has held the pivotal position of plant head, firmly endorsing a hands-on leadership style that places emphasis on team cohesion. His focus remains firmly rooted in fostering teamwork and executing the day-to-day operations with precision and dedication, a commitment he continues to uphold.
